6. Excess Caffeine

7. Alcohol

Alcohol also impairs liver function which is necessary to maintain the metabolism of thyroid hormone. Consuming alcohol on daily basis reduces hormone levels. Weight gaining, fatigue, mood swings are the symptoms seen in the body.

8. Fast Foods and High-Fat Foods

Trans fats and hydrogenated oils in these high fat foods are harmful for thyroid. Because of this inflammation gets increases and thyroid hormone production is stopped. We should avoid deep-fried items, pizza, burgers etc and the food items which contain excessive oil.

9. Raw banana and Spinach

Raw banana and spinach are good hot health, but if we are it in raw form it may be harmful for thyroid function.

10. Dairy Products (If Lactose Intolerance Ho)

Many people are lactose intolerant, due to which if you consume dairy products, inflammation and digestive issues increase and your thyroid function is affected. If you feel bloating, fatigue or indigestion after using dairy products, you can choose products like almond milk, coconut milk.
